Konica Minolta as one of Germany's best managed service providers for the 2nd consecutive year

Konica Minolta has been ranked second in the category of system houses with sales in excess of 250 million euros in the latest IDG customer survey "Germany's Best Managed Service Provider". The company is continuing on its successful path from 2019 and emphasises its standards of service and support.


On behalf of COMPUTERWOCHE and ChannelPartner, IDG Research Services surveyed medium-sized companies about their satisfaction with the services in their cloud and managed service providers. Following the last year, Konica Minolta was again able to convince in 2020 and has been awarded as Germany's second best Managed Service Provider in the category of system houses with sales between 250 million euros and 1000 million euros. With a grade of 1.85, Konica Minolta missed the first place by a conceivably small margin of 0.03 points, but has been clearly above the average grade.
