Extreme Media Print has become the latest print provider in Romania to invest in MGI digital technology from Konica Minolta as a wave ofinvestments in JETVARNISH 3DS machines sweeps the country.
Backed by Konica Minolta’s world-class support and service, eight systems have been sold across Romania in just over two years. An increasing number of companies is recognizing the value of using embellishment to provide value-added printing in all kinds of applications including books, photo-books and magazine printing.
Bucharest-based Extreme Media Print, a new customer of Konica Minolta, provides complete production services with offset and digital printing, and now more added-value services, thanks to the MGI spot varnish and foil technology. The JETVARNISH 3DS and iFOIL-S help printers to expand their services to include new high-margin spot UV, 3D tactile varnishing and foil capabilities, as well as 3D embossed jobs.
Since the end of 2016, the Konica Minolta sales teams have sold eight MGI JETVARNISH 3DS systems to a variety of print providers in Romania, including some established brands, as well as an MGI Meteor digital press.
